Job Description/Skills Required
- 1) Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner
- 2)Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
- Preferred candidate profile
- 1) Minimum qualification of the candidate should be HSC / Graduate/ Post Graduate ( NO LLB, PHD, Civil Engineer )
- 2) Candidate should be flexible in working during Night Shift and Work from Office ( 5 DAYS WORKING)
